The Red Bunkie is on one side and there is an empty slip on the other side. The empty slip is for our guests to moor their small crafts like seadoos, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. The Grey Bunkie sleeps up to 5 people with a queen and a single bed in the loft bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the main living area. It has a half bath in the loft bedroom and a bath with shower on the main level. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. Sliding doors open up to a deck with 2 chairs and a gate opening to the swim platform and ladder. There is a picnic table and umbrella in front of your unit and a BBQ that is shared with the unit next to you.Blue River Bunkie The Blue Bunkie is the third unit on Jelly Bean row. It has an empty slip on one side and the Yellow Bunkie on the other. This unit sleeps up to 5 people with a queen and single bed in the loft bedroom and a queen sofa bed on the main floor. It is located across the street from the marina with views of the boats and the river. It has a screened front porch with a seating area and a small dining table and a fire pit in the front yard. Out back, there is a patio with your own BBQ, patio chairs and an umbrella. Inside you'll find a living area and dining area with a large stone gas fireplace, a queen size sleigh bed and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, full size fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster and all your dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. The bathroom has a shower.
